The Xiong'an Business Service Center is located in the Rongdong area of Xiong'an New Area, and is the first iconic urban architectural complex in Xiong'an New Area. It is also one of the first housing construction projects to start construction in Xiong'an New Area. With the concept of "one core, one ring, one network, and multiple points", it constructs a highly complex future business service center that integrates environmental ecology, industrial ecology, and spatial ecology, achieving 100% coverage of Samsung green buildings.
The project features the first large-scale ceramic tile and photovoltaic tile interweaving design for large-scale roofs in China. Traditional ceramic tiles have excellent insulation and thermal insulation functions, and solar photovoltaic panels continue to provide clean energy for buildings. The combination of frosted PV tile and ceramic tile not only gives consideration to power generation efficiency and overall building effect, but also avoids light pollution caused by reflection.
The project uses 10355 cadmium telluride thin photovoltaic flat tiles, with an installed capacity of approximately 486.68kWp and an annual power generation of over 400000 kWh, equivalent to reducing nearly 400 tons of carbon dioxide annually.
